Last three episodes of Ouran with my sister.
I CAN’T WAIT TO WATCH HER FREAK OUT.
Be back in an hour or so!
that was more satisfying than I expected. Now she’s practically begging to watch more anime.
WHAT HAVE I DONE?
I am currently working on a fic that’s a “Freaky Friday” crossover with Makorra. My question is: If Korra and Mako switch bodies, do her Avatar qualities remain in her body, or go to Mako’s?
Personally, I think it would be incredibly funny if Korra would be stuck with just firebending, and Mako had to figure out how the hell to control the other elements.
However, my nerdy need-for-accuracy side is telling me that Korra’s powers would go wherever her soul goes, considering how the Avatar is reborn as the previous dies, therefore making Mako’s body the Avatar.
Opinions? Which do you think would make the better story? And which would you find to be more true?
You guys have been so helpful with this! The only problem is now that you’ve given me a lot to think about, and you all have good reasoning! This is gonna be a hard decision to make :/
Wow, I totally forgot about some of these awesome prompts I had in my ask box. I was so focused on finishing that soma that I had no idea I still had these. Glad I found them! “Separated” prompt from askbadasskorra (GO FOLLOW THAT GURL, SHE’S MY LOVER AFTER ALL). Baby, you wanted angst, SO I GIVE YOU SOBBING!MAKO. Enjoy =]
P.S. I know the spirit world plot is overdone, but I haven’t done one yet and I thought it would go nicely with this prompt.

Master Katara told him it was normal. That Aang used to disappear into the spirit world for days at a time, and he always came back fine. But that was no comfort while he watched the nearly lifeless body of his girlfriend lay motionless on his bed. His bed. Where they should be together.
He never left her side, unless it was to go to the bathroom. And even though he was with her for nearly every single moment of the day, he couldn’t help but feel like they were worlds apart. Literally. Nothing he did could stir her from her cold slumber. At first, when she went into the spirit world, he was fairly calm. He had complete faith in Korra that she would come back alive as ever, with that same overbearingly excited personality that he loved so much. He had no idea it would turn into this eternal wait, though.
